1. Received Division of Taxation approval on August 1, 2011.
2. Provided Performance Bond and Certificate of Insurance to Town.
3. Mailed notification letters and informational flyers to all properties.
4. Plotting all current sales and zoning onto the tax map.
5. Preparing all inspection forms for the field.
6. Measured and inspected 386 residential properties.

As of the above date, the reassessment has been completed with the exception of the Taxpayer hearings. All .........appraisals have been established and we are in the process of mailing our notification letters. To date, we have mailed .........all residential letters totaling 16,511. The hearings begin on February 1st.
