Joseph Rubenstein established Realty Appraisal Company in 1934 after building successful businesses in the fields of real estate sales, property management, construction and development.
Joseph's sons Robert and Stanley joined the firm in 1950 and its first municipal revaluation was completed in 1951.
Robert and Stanley are partners of the firm today and Joseph's grandsons Steven and Neil, who joined in the early 1980's, now manage Realty Appraisal Company.
In 2000 a second office was opened in Oakhurst, New Jersey to better serve clients in the southern area of the state.
