As of the above date, in addition to the progress previously reported, we have/are:

1. Received Division of Taxation approval on April 17, 2006.
2. Provided Performance Bond and Certificate of Insurance to Town.
3. Mailed notification letters and informational flyers to all properties.
4. Plotting all current sales and zoning onto the tax map.
5. Preparing inspection forms for the field.
6. Calculating lot sizes.
7. Measured and inspected 8,960 residential properties.
8. Inspected 1,538 vacant land properties.
9. Measured and inspected 216 commercial and improved exempt properties.
10. Photographed approximately 16,200 properties
